When off-the-shelf tools start costing more than they save.

Your team lives in spreadsheets

Data copied between tools by hand, errors found at month end. An internal tool with one source of truth fixes the process, not just the symptom.

A SaaS idea stuck at prototype

The MVP works for ten users and struggles at a hundred. We re-architect for multi-tenancy, billing and scale without starting over.

A previous vendor disappeared

Undocumented code nobody wants to touch. We audit, stabilise and take ownership, then improve it in safe steps.

What We Build

Custom Application Services

From a focused MVP to platforms that handle real load across web, mobile, and dashboards.

SaaS Platforms

Multi-tenant SaaS with auth, billing, roles and dashboards, built to scale from MVP to thousands of users.

Mobile and Desktop Apps

Cross-platform or native mobile apps with offline sync, push, and store submission, plus Electron desktop apps when the product has to live on Windows, macOS or Linux.

Custom Admin Dashboards

Admin panels and internal tools built around how your team actually works, not a generic template: the metrics you check daily, role-based views, fast and reliable.

APIs and Integrations

REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations that connect your tools into one workflow.

Real-Time Systems

Live dashboards, chat, notifications and collaboration with WebSockets and event-driven architecture.

Why Work With Us

Senior engineers, shipping web and mobile.

We architect and build applications that run for years, not months: proper architecture, tests, documentation and CI/CD from day one.

From startups validating an MVP to enterprises like SumUp and Hilton, we have built platforms that handle real load and real money.

One accountable team for the whole stack: web, mobile, dashboards, from design to deployment to ongoing optimization.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom web or mobile application cost?

Scope drives cost: a focused MVP is very different from a multi-role SaaS with realtime sync. After a short discovery we give a fixed or phased estimate before build starts. For the factors that drive the price, see our custom app development cost guide.

Can you build an MVP first and scale later?

Yes. We prefer a thin vertical slice that proves the workflow, then expand modules, roles, and integrations once usage is real.

Native or cross-platform (Flutter / React Native) - which is right for us?

Most business apps ship faster and cheaper cross-platform. We recommend native only when you need deep OS APIs, max performance, or platform-specific UX.

What tech stack do you use and why?

We pick for longevity and your team: often React/Next.js, Angular, Node, Python, Flutter, Electron, PostgreSQL. The stack follows the problem, not a single dogma.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes: retainers for features, monitoring, and DevOps, or handoff with docs so your team can own it.

Can you take over an existing codebase from another developer or agency?

Often yes. We audit architecture, risk, and docs first, then propose stabilize-vs-rebuild options before writing new features.

Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?

Yes. We prepare builds, listings, privacy questionnaires, and iterate through review when needed.

Can the app work offline?

Yes when the product needs it: local storage, sync queues, and conflict rules designed up front.

Do you offer custom web app development services for SaaS companies?

Yes. We are a SaaS and web application development company: multi-tenant platforms, billing, roles, APIs and dashboards, from MVP to scale, with a fixed or phased quote.

Do you build React, Angular, Flutter and Electron apps?

Yes. React, Next.js and Angular web applications, Flutter cross-platform mobile apps and Electron desktop apps are our most common builds, with Node.js or Python back-ends.

Do you build custom admin dashboards instead of generic templates?

Yes. Custom admin dashboard development is a large part of our work: every dashboard is designed around your workflow and data, with the metrics your team checks daily, the actions it takes most and role-based views, not a pre-built template.

Why not use Tableau, Power BI, or Looker?

Those tools are excellent for ad-hoc analytics and for teams with data analysts who build reports. They are less suited to operational dashboards embedded in your workflow, to real-time data from production systems, or to data models too complex for drag-and-drop BI. A custom dashboard also lives inside the tools your team already uses, so nobody has to log into a separate platform.

Can you replace an existing BI tool we are already using?

Sometimes yes, and sometimes the right answer is a hybrid. We audit what your current tool does well and where it falls short, then design something that fills the gaps. We do not recommend a custom build when an off-the-shelf tool does the job.
