Shambix Growth Console: an AI SEO Plugin for WordPress That Tells You What to Do Next

A WordPress plugin that learns your site, reads your Search Console and GA4 data, researches keywords and turns it all into a short, plain-language action plan. Coming soon to WordPress.org.

Shambix Growth Console dashboard inside WordPress admin

Most SEO tools give you more charts than you can read and no idea what to do next. We built the Shambix Growth Console to do the opposite: it studies your site, reads your Google data, researches your keywords and hands you a short, plain-language action plan. It lives inside your WordPress admin and it’s coming soon to WordPress.org.

Here is a pattern we see in almost every project. A business connects Google Analytics and Search Console, installs an SEO plugin, maybe pays for a keyword tool. A few weeks later nobody opens any of it. The reports are generic, the numbers don’t come with an explanation, and none of them answers the only question that matters: what should we change this week to get more visitors, leads and sales?

So people give up on SEO, and with it on better rankings, more conversions and more customers.

We had the same problem with our own site. The fix we ended up building is the Growth Console.

What the Growth Console does

The plugin works like an SEO consultant who knows your business and checks your numbers for you, whenever you ask.

  1. It learns your website first. Before looking at any metric, it builds a profile of your site: what you sell, your service or product pages, your content, your menus and your homepage. The advice that follows is about your business, not SEO in general.
  2. It reads your Google data. Search Console queries and pages, URL inspection, sitemaps and Google Analytics 4 reports, all pulled through a read-only Google connection.
  3. It researches keywords for your site. Free keyword research built from Google and Bing autocomplete, matched against where you already rank in Search Console.
  4. It explains where things stand. A short summary of what is working, what isn’t and why, in plain language.
  5. It gives you an action plan. Concrete edits, one by one: which page, what it says now, what it should say, and the evidence behind the suggestion. You mark each item Done or Ignore.
  6. It keeps checking. Refresh the data with one click, or let it run weekly or daily in the background.

See it in action

A full walkthrough of a real dashboard, from refreshing the data to the AI action plan:

Inside the dashboard

Everything sits in one screen in your WordPress admin, split into tabs:

  • Overview: the key numbers compared with the previous 28 days, a verdict on where things stand (opportunities, critical issues, things to watch) and the top tasks to do next.
  • Search queries: what people actually type on Google before they land on your site, and where you rank for it.
  • Service pages: how the pages that bring you money are doing, separated from the rest of the site.
  • Keyword opportunities: searches you almost rank for (“striking distance”), searches you’re missing, filters and a CSV export.
  • Content: every page and post with its traffic and on-page audit.
  • Tracking health: checks that your analytics is measuring what it should, including referral spam.
  • Action plan: the list of concrete edits, ordered by impact.

There is also an Ask AI button for questions the dashboard doesn’t answer yet, a light and dark theme, and a small widget on the main WordPress dashboard with your key numbers.

It’s like having an SEO specialist on call around the clock, one who already knows your site, your numbers and what you changed two weeks ago.

Advice you can act on

A few examples of what the Growth Console tells you:

  • Which pages, posts or products are performing, which aren’t, and exactly what to change on the weak ones.
  • Whether a change you made two weeks ago is actually bringing more visitors. You set a “change to evaluate” date and it compares before and after.
  • Why some content gets traffic but doesn’t convert or sell, and how to better attract the people you want as customers.
  • How you rank for the searches that are trending in your niche, which ones you are missing and how to go after them.

For shops it adapts to purchases instead of leads, and it works with WooCommerce: the AI profile discovers your product categories on its own. If your blog and your shop need different strategies, you can keep separate profiles.

Built for real WordPress hosting

We build custom WordPress and WooCommerce plugins for a living, and we know most business sites don’t run on a dedicated server. So the Growth Console is pure PHP: no Node, no Python, no Composer, nothing to install on the server.

Data refreshes run in small, resumable steps that respect your host’s time limits, so they finish even on shared hosting. A Logs page records every call to Google and to the AI, which makes support and troubleshooting straightforward.

Your data stays yours

  • Google access is read-only, and your keys are stored encrypted on your own site.
  • Dashboard data lives in your uploads folder and is blocked from public access.
  • For AI advice, only an aggregated summary of your search and lead metrics is sent. No visitor personal data is intentionally included.
  • Only administrators can see the dashboard, and deleting the plugin removes its settings, keys and data.

How the AI part works

The dashboard, the Google data and the keyword research don’t cost anything to run. The AI features (building your site profile, the advice report and Ask AI) use prepaid credits from Growth Cloud, our service at growthcloud.shambix.com. You register your site there, paste one key into the plugin and buy a pack of 100, 500 or 1,000 credits. There’s no subscription, and you only pay for the analysis you actually run.

Google Trends data is optional: if you want it, you can connect your own DataForSEO account in the settings.

When can you get it?

The Growth Console is in its final testing on our own site and on client sites, and it will be available on WordPress.org soon. If you’d like to try it before the public release, write to us and we’ll get you in early.

Why we built it (and what it means for your project)

The Growth Console brings together two things we do every day for our clients. We build WordPress and WooCommerce plugins that have to run reliably on ordinary hosting. We also build AI agents and automation that turn raw data into decisions people can act on.

If your business needs something similar, like a dashboard that makes sense of your data, an AI assistant that works on your own content, or a plugin that does exactly what you need, we’d be happy to talk about it.
