Best of Brighton – Great Design from the Creative Capital!

Brighton, the creative captial of the UK. Thousands of students every year travelling from far and wide just to study in the hub of inspiration and innovation. I have compiled a selection of my favourite design from the south coast.

Parasol Web Design by Liquid Light – http://www.liquidlight.co.uk

This web design is great. Unique elements, bold headings and statements and well finished. I love the footer. Good Job!

Environmental Regulation and Information Centre business cards by Mark Design – http://www.mark-design.co.uk

This business card design is bold, simple anc cleanly finished. Definitely one I would keep in my wallet!

Nixon McInnes Social Media and Web Agency – http://www.nixonmcinnes.co.uk/

This agency seems to have a lot of great clients and definitely has an eye catching web design.

Boost Pay by Sliced Creative – http://www.slicedcreative.co.uk

Though the agencies own website may not be the best, this design is clean, well structured and user friendly.

Worth Creative Agency – http://www.worthdigital.com

I am sure this a good agency, but it seems their portfolio is not showcased well on their website. They have a great client base, yet I cannot see any easily accesible examples of their work.

The Ugly Car Taxi Firm by Pixel Design Studio – http://www.pixeldesignstudio.co.uk

This website is original, creative and probably one of the nicest taxi firm websites I have seen. Most are atrocious!

Easy Peasy Marketing Logo by Mark Cossey – www.burning.me

Mark Cossey has over 15 years in the field of graphic design, and as most of us know some designers never keep up with the ever changing trends nowadays. Mark however, produces engaging, slick and creative designs and judging by his recommendations he doesn’t disappoint!

The Courteeners by Mark Cossey – www.burning.me

London Printing by Think Media –www.thinkmg.com

The Chair Website and Promotional Campaign by Think Media – www.the-chair.co.uk

This website and promotional campaign fulfilled its brief…to be sexy. With a nice colour scheme and great photography it really pulls it off in a classy way!

Sussex Learning Network Campaign by Chimney Design – http://www.chimneydesign.co.uk

Bold, simple and eye catching to students, this campaign is easily recognizable and makes a statement!
